Privacy

Updated on October 20, 2026.

Lucy (lucy.lighting) is a virtual showroom for lighting stores, made in Argentina. Here is what data we keep, what we use it for and how you can ask us to see, correct or delete it.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email and your password, stored encrypted.
  • Your store: its name, link, logo, the contact details you add, the photos of your lamps and the rooms Lucy stages with them.
  • Your payments, if you move to Pro: Mercado Pago or Stripe process them. We never see or keep your card details.
  • Visits to your public store: how many people come in, which lamps they look at and which buttons they tap, for your stats, with nothing that identifies each visitor.
  • The messages you send us from the site or the dashboard.

What we use it for

  • To run your store and keep it online.
  • To send your account's emails: the confirmation, the welcome and the ones about your payments.
  • To support you and answer your messages.
  • To measure and improve the site and our ads.

We do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Cookies and measurement

On lucy.lighting we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to learn how visits arrive and how many new accounts each ad brings. Both store cookies in your browser; you can delete or block them in its settings.

The public stores made with Lucy do not carry the Meta Pixel.

Who processes the data

Supabase (the database and the files), Vercel (the site), Resend (the emails), Replicate and OpenAI (the rooms and the texts made with artificial intelligence), Mercado Pago and Stripe (the payments), Google and Meta (the measurement). Each one uses it only to provide its service to us, and they may store it on servers outside Argentina.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account with everything in it, by writing to hello@lucy.lighting. We answer within the terms of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

Argentina's Agency of Access to Public Information, as the authority in charge of Law 25.326, handles the complaints of anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules on personal data protection.

Changes

If anything important in this policy changes, we will say so on the site or by email.
