The free month starts automatically when you create your account, with no card. Send us up to 20 lamps, the Lucy team loads them with their day and night scenes, and your showroom is public at your own address for 30 days. Meanwhile you customize your store and see how your customers respond.
The free month can be used once per account. When it ends nothing is deleted: your showroom is paused until you subscribe, and subscribing puts it back online right away. Then ask us to migrate the rest of your catalog.
How billing works
The subscription costs US$20 a month and is charged to a card through Stripe. Stores in Argentina pay ARS 20,000 a month through Mercado Pago instead, and see that option only. The price is the same whether you have twenty lamps or two thousand, because there is no product limit and no credits used up per image.
The subscription renews every month. If you cancel from your dashboard, your showroom stays live until the end of the month you already paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Migration isn’t charged separately
Send us your catalog as it is today: product photos, names and prices. The Lucy team loads every lamp and stages it by day and at night. Once it is live, you edit names, descriptions and prices from your dashboard whenever you want.
What Lucy doesn’t do
Lucy is a showroom for showing, not a shopping cart. Your customers browse the catalog, see each lamp lit and message you on WhatsApp or by email to close the sale. You keep the conversation and your own payment methods.

What happens when the free month ends?
Your showroom stops being public until you subscribe. Your lamps and your customization stay saved, so when you subscribe the store goes back online and you can ask us to migrate the rest of your catalog.
Is there a product limit?
Not with the subscription. Your whole catalog fits in the showroom for the same price, with no credits to use up and no pricier plans for large catalogs. The 20-product limit applies only to the free month.
How do I pay?
With a credit or debit card, as a monthly subscription of US$20 processed by Stripe. Stores in Argentina pay ARS 20,000 a month through Mercado Pago instead. Either way, the subscription renews every month until you cancel.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your showroom stays live until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, whether you pay by card or with Mercado Pago.
