A QR code for your product catalog, with your store’s logo
The QR code connects your store with your virtual showroom. Anyone who scans it at the window or the counter goes straight to your lamps.

In short
Lucy’s QR code for a product catalog opens your store’s public catalog. You create it in your settings, with your logo in the center, a line of text below and the colors you choose, then download it as a PNG for print or as an SVG. There’s one QR code per store, and since the address never changes, you print it once.
Where to use your catalog QR code
Shop window
For people walking by after hours. They scan, open the catalog, and can message you on WhatsApp from any lamp.
Counter and register
So customers take the catalog home on their phone and keep browsing, with every lamp lit at night.
Bags, cards and receipts
Printed on what customers take with them, the code reopens your catalog days after the visit.
Trade shows
A sign with the QR code shows your whole catalog in a booth that only fits a few lamps.
Printed flyers
If you still hand out flyers, the code adds what paper can’t show, like every lamp lit up and prices that stay current.
How to create your catalog QR code
- 1
Open your settings
In your dashboard, the QR section sits below your store logo. The code already points to your catalog’s address.
- 2
Adjust the design
Choose the dot shape, the code color and the background, white, transparent or any color you like. Your logo goes in the center.
- 3
Add a line of text
Write a short phrase that appears under the code in the download, like an invitation to see the lamps lit.
- 4
Download it
Get a high-resolution PNG for printing or an SVG that scales without losing sharpness. Both include a small Powered by Lucy line at the bottom.
A QR code for a product catalog you never reprint
The code points to your store’s address, which is set when you create your account and never changes. What changes is what’s behind it. Raise prices, edit a description or add lamps, and anyone who scans sees the current version from the same printed sign.
A QR code that links to a PDF works differently. The file goes stale with the first price change, and you have to export it, upload it and hand it out again.
Tips for a code that scans reliably
The code comes with a margin around it and your logo in the center, without covering the dots the camera needs. When you print it, watch a few details.
- Keep the contrast. Dark dots on a light background read better than the reverse.
- If you pick a transparent background, check the color of the surface it goes on.
- In the window, place it at eye level and away from direct glare.
- For large signs and window decals, use the SVG.
- Test it with several phones before printing a batch.
How to send someone to one specific lamp
There’s one QR code per store, and it opens the full catalog. To send someone to a particular lamp, every lamp page has a share button. It opens the device’s share menu, or copies that lamp’s link when the browser doesn’t offer one.
Send that link on WhatsApp or paste it into a post, and it opens the lamp’s page with its own day and night switch.
Frequently asked questions
Is the QR code per store or per product?
Per store. The code opens your lighting store’s full public catalog. For a single lamp, use the share button on its page, which gives you a direct link to that product to send on WhatsApp or post on social media.
Do I need to reprint the code when prices change?
No. The code points to your catalog’s address, which doesn’t change. New prices, edited descriptions and added lamps all show up when people scan the same code, with no need to create a new one.
Can I put my logo in the middle of the code?
Yes. If you’ve uploaded your logo in your store settings, it appears in the center of the code. Until you upload one, the code carries the Lucy logo instead. A square logo with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.
What formats can I download?
PNG and SVG. The PNG comes out in high resolution with your text underneath and works for everyday print sizes. The SVG is a vector file, so it scales up without losing sharpness for posters or window decals.
Do customers need an app to scan it?
No. Most current phone cameras read QR codes without installing anything. Scanning opens your catalog in the browser, where customers can turn lamps on and message you on WhatsApp without signing up.
